Medication Refills or Food Pick Up
If you need to refill your pet's medication or purchase food, please call ahead so we may have those items ready.
To limit the spread of germs and unnecessary contact, we are asking that payments with a credit or debit card are processed electronically with our card reader when you arrive. You can call the clinic at 865-357-1838 to let us know when you arrive so we can meet you at the door.
Please call and reschedule if any of the following apply:
If you have traveled within the last 14 days or have been around someone who has.
If you have a cough, shortness of breath, or a fever.
If you are immunocompromised, above the age of 65, pregnant, or have any underlying medical conditions.
For anyone that currently has appointments:
Our waiting room is open but we are requiring that only one pet parent accompany their pet.
We ask that all pet parents who want to come in wear a mask.
If you would prefer not to wear a mask, That's okay! We are still offering curbside pick up for those who request it. Please stay in your vehicle and call 865-357-1838 when you arrive. We will come outside and bring your pet inside for the exam. The veterinarian or technician will then call you to discuss treatment and diagnostic options.
Please wait in the car, or discuss an appropriate time to come back to pick up your pet.
We already practice strict cleanliness procedures and sanitation protocols. We will be increasing our efforts on frequently touched surfaces. We have also asked our staff members not to come to work if they are experiencing any symptoms!
